5. Client Responsibilities

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Invoicing
Upon completion of a survey or related services, Archi-Surveys will issue an invoice. Payment is due within [30] days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated in the contract.

6.2 Late Payments
Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 20% per month or part thereof, from the due date until the date payment is made in full. If payments are not received within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to suspend services or pursue legal action.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel a service, notice must be given in writing at least 5 business days in advance. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, fees for work already completed may apply. No refunds will be given for services already rendered.

7.2 Cancellation by Archi-Surveys
Archi-Surveys reserves the right to cancel or suspend services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or unavailability of resources. In such cases, any deposits or payments for unrendered services will be refunded in full.

8. Confidentiality
All client information and materials provided to Archi-Surveys for the purpose of conducting surveys will be treated with confidentiality. We will not disclose such information to third parties unless required by law or with the client’s explicit consent.

9. Governing Laws
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Uk laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Uk.

10. Amendments to Terms
Archi-Surveys reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of the website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
